This is a long-term onsite role in Denver, CO 80202. Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
We are hiring for a Receptionist / Concierge. Looking for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for visitors and employees. Retail, hospitality, and front desk backgrounds are welcome!
Top 3 experience “must haves”:
- Customer service is the main requirement for this role
- Ability to triage situations and be flexible with which items take priority based on changing factors
- Basic computer literacy, especially with Outlook (Slack and Teams are bonuses)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Outlook required)
- Basic computer knowledge, i.e., MS Word, Excel, SharePoint a Plus
- Positive and professional attitude
Responsibilities:
