As a key supporter of the Idea to Retire (I2R) Digital Transformation (DT) workstream, the I2R Program/Project Manager will be tasked with organizing, coordinating, and managing a variety of projects. This position requires collaboration within a highly matrixed environment to drive projects and programs for the I2R Digital Transformation Team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion aligned with company goals.
- Utilize SharePoint, data analytics, and project management tools to streamline processes and enhance project outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration among stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met.
- Manage risks and issues that arise during the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of project goals with overall business objectives and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or operations management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Software implementation experience (awareness of SIT, UAT, etc.)Experience working in complex product development environments with technical teams, such as engineering and advanced research and development.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision-making.
- Comfortable with and adaptable to ambiguity and complexity in a matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Located within 50 miles of the Tualatin, Oregon (US) location and able to travel within US, upto 5% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, manufacturing, or global supplier.
- Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2; or 3 years of related experience in project management or program management.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Power BI and SharePoint.
