Job Responsibilities
- Support shipments for new products by coordinating engineering‑owned material to appropriate shipping locations (SAF/ZSA/Wafers)
- Manage Project Services Fremont Mailbox
- Manage reservations for material staged in inventory locations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships between Program/Product Management, Engineering, Production Control, and Supply Chain
- Ad hoc reporting as needed by Product Group
- Participate in cross‑functional teams and communicate delivery issues related to the build schedule
- Coordinate material transfers/movement from engineering into unrestricted inventory location or Labs.
- Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle.
- Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules.
- Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering.
- Develops specifications for new contract orders.
- Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity; creates and maintains bills of material and parts/commodities numbers in supply chain management or other enterprisewide systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel using VLOOKUPs and formulas
- Familiar with creating PowerPoint presentations
- Comfortable navigating SharePoint and SAP.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management experience
- Ability to read and interpret multi‑level product BOMs
- Self‑starter; able to work and collaborate with team members
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to write clear email directions for inventory movement between warehouses, production floor, or engineer’s desk
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
- Knowledge of SAP transactions such as MD04, MB51, LS24, ME27, MB21, MB22, MB23.
