Retail Sales Associate
Appliance TV Outlet
Schedule: 30–35 hours per week
Location: Glendora, CA
About Us:
We’re a locally owned retail store in Glendora specializing in open-box major appliances — refrigerators, ranges, washers, dryers, and more. Our customers come to us looking for great deals and friendly, knowledgeable service, and that’s exactly what we deliver.
We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate who enjoys helping people, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in providing a great customer experience. If you’re dependable, friendly, and comfortable using your phone or computer, we’d love to have you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers in the store and help them find the right appliance for their needs
- Learn about our products (we’ll teach you what you need to know!)
- Post appliances for sale on Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, and other online platforms
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly and professionally
- Handle basic sales transactions, phone calls and customer service follow-ups
- Work with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, upbeat, and helpful attitude
- Dependable and on time — reliability is key!
- Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, listings, and messaging
- Enjoys solving problems and helping customers find what they need
- Able to learn about appliances and explain features to customers (training provided)
- Must be able to commute reliably to Glendora, CA
Schedule & Pay:
- Hours: 30–35 hours per week
- Pay: $18.50 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunity to grow, possibly very quickly.
