The Role
We're looking for an Office Sales Coordinator who can do two things exceptionally well: keep operations running without being asked twice, and turn every inbound inquiry into a booked appointment or closed sale.
You'll be the first voice customers hear and the organizational backbone of our daily operations. That means you need to be sharp on the phone, fluent in follow-up, and comfortable owning your desk without hand-holding.
What You'll Own
- Convert inbound calls and leads into sales and scheduled appointments — this is a revenue-generating role, not just an administrative one
- Manage front desk operations, scheduling, records, and correspondence with precision
- Work daily in QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Support the owner and field team so nothing falls through the cracks
- Maintain a customer experience that reflects the Appliance Shark brand at every touchpoint
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of experience in office administration, sales coordination, or customer-facing roles
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities without losing details
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
- Strong phone presence — you can build rapport fast and move conversations toward a decision
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a significant advantage and will be reflected in compensation
- Someone who sees problems before they become problems and fixes them without being asked
