Warehouse Worker

Position Summary

Key Qualifications

This position requires:

• Prior Clamp Experience

• Forklift and cherry picker operation experience

• 3–5 years of warehouse/forklift experience

• A stable work history and proven dependability

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Receiving & Unloading: Receive shipments, verify contents, and unload using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment. Report damages or discrepancies.

• Inventory Management: Sort, label, and organize products. Track inventory levels and perform regular counts.

• Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, package, and prepare orders for shipping using scanners or pick tickets.

• Loading & Shipping: Safely load trucks/trailers, follow proper procedures, and complete shipping documentation.

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and conveyor systems. Report any malfunctions or safety concerns.

• Safety & Security: Follow safety guidelines, wear PPE, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.

• Collaboration & Communication: Partner with team members, supervisors, and logistics staff to meet daily goals.

• Quality Control & Documentation: Inspect products, maintain accurate records, and enter data into warehouse systems.

• Continuous Improvement: Suggest ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Frequent lifting/carrying of 75 lbs

• Long periods of standing, repetitive motions, and manual dexterity required

• Warehouse environment with varying temperatures, dust, and noise (PPE provided)

• Team-oriented setting where communication and reliability are essential
