We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain / Customer Service / Client Relationship Specialist to manage the full order lifecycle, ensure accuracy in documentation, and serve as a trusted point of contact between customers and internal departments.

What You’ll Do
Order Accuracy & Documentation
Enter, track, and document all customer orders with precision.
Maintain accurate records in ERP systems, CRMs, and Excel.
Prioritize accuracy to avoid delays, rework, and downstream issues.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
Serve as the main contact for customers throughout the order process.
Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
Keep clients updated on order status, changes, and resolutions.
De-escalate challenges and leave customers feeling supported and valued.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales, logistics, production, and other teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
Share information clearly and proactively to align priorities.
Balance customer needs with operational realities.
Supply Chain Awareness & Issue Prevention
Monitor production schedules, inventory, and lead times.
Spot risks early and communicate solutions before they become problems.
Recommend process improvements to strengthen efficiency.
Technology & Systems
Use ERP systems, CRMs, and Excel for order management and reporting.
Keep real-time updates visible across departments.
Adapt quickly to new tools and reporting processes.
Adaptability & Professionalism
Manage high-volume workloads while maintaining accuracy.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in supply chain, customer service, or client relationship management (manufacturing or multifamily industry experience a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations.
Proficiency in ERP systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Excel (or ability to learn quickly).
Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
A proactive problem-solver who anticipates issues before they arise.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
🎓 Education
Required: High school diploma or GED.
Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
