About the Role
As a Machine Operator – Level 1, you’ll play a hands-on role in our manufacturing team, operating machinery to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Operate machinery to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Inspect products for accuracy and report quality issues.
- Operate CNC sanding machinery safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials onto the machine
- Monitor output, track production data, and keep machines running smoothly.
- Assist with setups, changeovers, and routine maintenance.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Work closely with your team to meet deadlines and improve processes.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred (we’ll train the right person).
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, repetitive motion).
- Team player with good communication skills.
