Summary

We are seeking an Appliance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of appliances, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair appliances efficiently and effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.
• Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot appliance issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on appliances as needed.
• Assist with the delivery and installation of new appliances when required.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services provided.

Requirements

• Proven experience in appliance repair, particularly with Whirlpool products preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Familiarity with schematics and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
