Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, microwaves ad dishwashers etc.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs needed and the process involved.
- Assemble and install new appliances as required.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Operate a company truck to transport tools and equipment to job sites safely.
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts and tools necessary for repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing repairs in the field.
- Document all service calls accurately, including work performed and parts used.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician or similar role in appliance repair or refrigeration systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various appliances effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with field service operations and equipment repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to appliance systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
