Job Summary
The Cellular sales associate is responsible for driving strong customer advocacy while performing in a customer service and retail environment. They will meet and exceed sales targets and goals provided to them from Appliance Plus. They will demonstrate a strong knowledge of US Cellular's full portfolio of products and plans.
Responsibilities
- Greets customers in a professional and timely manner in store and over the phone.
- Create the Ideal Customer Experience with each customer interaction
- Hit and exceed sales targets and goals for products and services provided by UScellular
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and consult on service issues with plans and products
- Assists with store inventory
- Performs store operations like opening and closing procedures, register reconciliation, and nightly deposits.
- Attends and completes all required training and programs by US Cellular.
- Some travel may be required.
Qualifications
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays if necessary
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Sales Background (preferred but not required)
- Computer Skills (preferred but not required)
