They will demonstrate a strong knowledge of General Electric's full portfolio of products and services as well as the products that Appliance Plus also provides for retail sales. This is a commission and hourly-based position, offering competitive base pay with the opportunity to significantly increase earnings based on individual sales performance.

Responsibilities
- Greets customers in a professional and timely manner in store and over the phone.
- Hits and exceeds sales targets and goals for products and services provided by Appliance Plus.
- Assists with store inventory
- Performs store operations like opening and closing procedures, register reconciliation, and nightly deposits.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues and consulting on service issues with products.
- Works with third-party services such as appliance financing
- Attends and completes all required training and programs by General Electric.
- Some travel may be require
- Preferred: Candidates living between Marion and Dyersville, Iowa, for easier commute and flexibility
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures is preferred
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Requires some heavy lifting
