- 8-10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Job Summary
The Warehouse and Delivery staff is responsible for multiple things: inventory management, appliance delivery, vehicle maintenance, warehouse upkeep, and other responsibilities such as snow removal, lawn care, and other responsibilities.
The Delivery staff needs to be highly motivated, self-sufficient, and also able to work well with other employees and customers in the warehouse and during deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Stocking Trucks / Truck maintenance & care
- Delivery/Installation of Appliances
- Stocking Showroom at all locations
- Picking up appliances in Cedar Rapids and Des Moines
- Professional Customer Service
- Testing and cleaning appliances
- Lawn care and Snow removal
- All other duties assigned by the leader
- Training new employees
Qualifications
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
- Ability to time manage
- Possesses strong communication skills
- Strong customer service is a must
- Ability to problem solve
- Valid State-issued Driver's License
- Good with Customers - Friendly and Informative
- Leadership with delivery helpers
- Ability to learn and adapt in a growing environment
