Key Responsibilities:
Showroom Sales & Consultation: Greet walk-in clients and act as a product specialist, guiding retail customers and local trade partners to the right appliance and bedding solutions.
Account Coordination: Manage your customer orders from start to finish — handling product staging, coordinating with our delivery teams, and providing seamless updates to your clients.
Relationship Building: Keep local contractors, landlords, and repeat buyers coming back to your showroom by providing top-tier service and genuine account care.
What We Are Looking For:
Customer-Facing Experience: 2 years in retail sales, restaurants, hospitality, hotels, banking, or other service roles. Management experience is a plus — not a requirement.
A Natural People Person: A warm, patient communicator who listens first, builds trust fast, and genuinely enjoys taking care of customers.
