***Training Pay Starts at $50K but earn $65K-75K in your 1st year! Top earners for this position earn between 90K-100K***
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in guests with their appliance and mattress replacement needs (no cold-calling) at the guaranteed best prices!
- Work with manufacturer reps to foster training opportunities and customer support
- Work closely with logistics and other support teams to ensure the best customer service
- Earn bonuses for hitting goals!
- Help maintain the professionalism of our showroom and displays
- Execute local marketing initiatives

Schedule:
● Weekends required, 2 days off during the week
● Most shifts are 9AM to 6PM, 11AM to 6PM on Sundays
