Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installation Technician/Delivery driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products and equipment, ensuring that all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform installations of products and equipment at customer locations.
- Operate various equipment for loading and unloading materials.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, including documentation of any issues encountered and resolutions provided.
- Drive commercial vehicles as needed to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
- Assist in moving heavy items as required during installations.
Qualifications
- Experience is necessary.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or moving environment is advantageous.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles; commercial driving experience is a plus.
- Must be able to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with installations.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
