As part of our recent companywide Field Service Manager Software (FMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) upgrade to ServiceTitan, you will help us maximize efficiencies and ensure we fully leverage this new technology. You will also assess and coordinate issues requiring escalation to (or support from) our managed IT service provider for resolution.

The Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager of Business Support Services, you will apply your technical knowledge to promptly and efficiently resolve computer issues and assist with various IT projects and tasks.
Responsibilities include:
• Researching technology issues to understand and resolve them and explain solutions in an easy-to-understand manner
• In-house software maintenance (O365 Admin) and support
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) including iPhone/iPad set-up and maintenance
• Troubleshooting CRM (ServiceTitan) problems and errors
• Performing onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Providing phone system and network support
• Ensuring quick and effective response times to resolve requests
You are a problem solver, initiative-taker, and knowledgeable, personable resource for our end users—many of whom have limited experience with technology and need additional guidance.
This is a full-time on-site position. At times you will need to dial-in (during off-hours) to troubleshoot and fix issues.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
• Organizing cable and wiring
• Managing the setup of workstations in different locations (which may require crawling into small spaces)
• Assisting the Manager of Business Support Services with non-IT-related activities and tasks for office and building support.
The Right Candidate Will Meet the Following Requirements:
• Have an associate’s degree and have (or be pursuing) a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in business management information systems, computer science, or another technology related-field. However, candidates with “real world” and on-the-job experience will also be considered.
• Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
• A strong sense of teamwork, ability to multi-task, and a strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• CompTIA or other industry certifications (preferred but not required)
• Full-time, on-site position, M-F 6:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M.
