Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials.
- Take accurate orders using POS systems.
- Upsell menu items by highlighting popular dishes, drinks, or specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean dining environment.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience with a strong background in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation enhances your ability to engage with guests confidently.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments accurately.

Pay: $5.49 per hour
