Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans.
- Document medical information accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Point Click Care, maintaining precise medical records and documentation.
- Assist with mobility support and personal hygiene tasks while promoting dignity and independence for individuals with disabilities or cognitive impairments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in nursing homes.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, vital signs measurement, medication administration, and medical documentation procedures.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to caregiving and resident interaction.
- Certification as a Medical Technician (CMT) .

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
