Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and resolve drain issues and determine best course of action to best meet the customers needs.
- Ability to effectively communicate company recommendations to better assist customers
- Ability to complete all tasks such as jetting and cable work, drain cleaning, maintenance and repair related to residential service calls
- Perform all tasks in a timely manner while abiding by the highest lever of safety and quality standards
- Inform and help customers understand the importance of sewer repair and when necessary, replacement
- Common learned/used skills in determining drain and sewer problems may include: hydro jetting, snaking, cabling, camera inspections
- Have a valid driver's license
Salary : $50,000 - $90,000
