We are an indoor Axe Throwing and Escape Room indoor recreation center located on College Ave. If you are looking for a fun and axe-citing job, this is it! We pride ourselves on giving the customer the best experience possible! Friendly, outgoing, and positive trainers wanted!
You will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills. You will be interacting with the public on a regular basis, we coach guests with safety/training orientation. We are more than customer service representatives, we are entertainers.
- Ability to be on your feet for 3-6 hrs.
- Basic bartender Skills - Serve canned alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Candidate must have a Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server certificate before starting in the new role (We will help with this 4 hours training)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Manage conflict effectively, addressing any customer concerns or issues promptly.
- Assist in setting up and managing bar services for special events or private functions.
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws. Below 18 years can be considered for other roles unrelated to the Bar/drinks.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
