You will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills. You will be interacting with the public on a regular basis, we coach guests with safety/training orientation. We are more than customer service representatives, we are entertainers.
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to be on your feet for 5-8 hrs.
- Basic bartender Skills - Serve canned/bottled alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Candidate must have a Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server certificate before starting in the new role.
- Candidate must be willing to undergo a background check.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Manage conflict effectively, addressing any customer concerns or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during events or busy periods.
- Assist in setting up and managing bar services for special events or private functions.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Job role requires changing wooden boards, carrying heavier items and cleaning washrooms
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws.
