We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative & organizational support and serve as a trusted partner to the principals. This isn't a task-taking role - you'll own scheduling, vendor relationships, and day-to-day priorities, exercising judgement so the principals can focus on their creative and strategic work. You'll work closely with family office staff, a creative team and a small group of trusted vendors and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the principals. Own and manage the principals' personal and professional calendars, resolving conflicts independently.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events across multiple organizations.
- Select, engage and manage vendors and contractors within an approved budget.
- Approve routine purchases up to a set threshold without prior sign-off.
- Plan, book and manage all international and domestic travel, including air, lodging, itineraries, and ground transportation.
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep across multiple properties including management of vendors/contractors.
- Personal assistance for principals: reservations, errands, event prep and gift sourcing.
- Serve as the communication bridge between the principals and family office staff, creative team and other organizations.
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
- Maintain organized records and follow-through on action items from meetings and planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Five (5) or more years of Executive or Administrative Assistant experience for high-level or C-Suite executives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion and sound judgment.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with MS Office. Comfortable with calendar tools, email, messaging platforms, and basic document management.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
- Based in central Kansas.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
