In need for remote Auto Dialer sales reps seeking remote, monthly bonuses and opportunity for growth. Enthusiasm, professionalism and great personality will be keys to success in this growing, dynamic, stable organization. Will be responsible for make 80-100 outbound calls per hour, work in a scripted environment for insurance quote and qualify callers with series of questions for Banking and Consumer Lending company. Overview:
Autodialer - 80-100 auto dialing calls an hour. Pay $17 an hour. M-F 7a to 8 or 9p are the shifts. Corp is in CA so that's why it's later in day. They offer a stipend of up to $100 for phone bill/internet bill monthly. The monthly bonuses start after 60 days and average between $200 - $500. The top dog is making $2K a month in bonuses. They also have an attendance incentive for perfect attendance then next month you receive a bonus. They really want a "personality" w/ salesy and call center experience. There may be some Saturdays. They will send equipment. There is a background check.
