Job Summary

A direct hire Paralegal opportunity is available in Denton, TX for a legal professional with 3 to 5 years of experience. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented Paralegal who enjoys supporting attorneys, managing legal documents, coordinating case activity, and helping legal matters move forward efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, organize, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and case materials.
- Support attorneys with case preparation, document management, legal research, and matter tracking.
- Coordinate deadlines, filings, calendars, meetings, and communications with internal teams and external parties.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure documentation is complete, current, and properly organized.
- Assist with discovery, records collection, court filings, and administrative legal support as needed.
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
