What you’ll do
- Handle inbound member and provider calls
- Answer questions related to benefits, eligibility, provider contracts, and claims
- Research issues and provide clear solutions
- Document conversations and outcomes accurately
- Coordinate with internal partners to resolve requests quickly
- Use company systems to gather and update information
What you bring
- Inbound call center experience strongly preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Health insurance or prior authorization knowledge helpful, not required
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with solid follow through
Training
- Monday to Friday, 9a to 5:30p EST / 8a to 4:30p CST
- Up to 6 weeks; typical release after 5 weeks
- Mix of onsite and virtual
- Week 1 and final week supported onsite; remaining weeks virtual
- Equipment provided
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, consistent weekly schedule
- Must be available to work between 8a and 8p EST
- Must be available to work MLK Day, 1/19/2026
- No PTO during Q1 outside of serious exceptions

- Phone-only role
- Group interviews required between 11/10 and 11/14 (date TBD)
