Key Responsibilities
- Issue purchase orders, subcontracts, and material orders for construction and mechanical project needs.
- Review, process, and match invoices to purchase orders, pricing documentation, and supporting records.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, warehouse teams, and field teams to coordinate orders and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate pricing, availability, and order terms while maintaining professional vendor relationships.
- Manage approved vendor lists, vendor credits, warranty items, and purchasing documentation.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory-related activities as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $58,000 to $72,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Location: Seattle, WA, SODO area.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Travel: Approximately 5%.
- Interview Process: Two onsite interviews.
