What You’ll Do (Sales First)
- Prospect and win new business through outbound calls, networking, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and manage a sales pipeline across multiple industries

- Negotiate rates, proposals, and placement terms
- Manage existing accounts to increase repeat business and referrals
- Recruit, interview, and match candidates to open roles your clients entrust to you
