What You’ll Do

Recruit & Source Talent

• Find candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and ATS tools
• Screen, interview, and match candidates to open roles
• Support candidates through the entire hiring process

Business Development/Support Clients

• Understand job requirements and hiring needs
• Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews
• Provide a strong client and candidate experience

Keep Things Moving

• Post jobs, manage applicant flow, track activity
• Partner with your team to meet weekly hiring goals

What You Bring

• Experience in staffing, sales, recruiting or customer service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organization and time-management
• Comfort with LinkedIn, job boards, CRM/ATS tools
