What You'll Do
As a Project Architect, you'll play a critical role in managing projects while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from programming and design through construction administration and project closeout.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall project performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
- Coordinate with principals, consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal design teams.
- Produce and oversee high-quality construction documents, specifications, and design development packages.
- Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve design and coordination challenges.
- Assist with fee proposals, contracts, and consultant coordination.
- Mentor and provide guidance to project team members.
- Build strong client relationships that lead to repeat business opportunities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
β Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited professional architecture program
β 6 years of architectural experience
β Advanced proficiency in Revit (Required)
β Experience managing architectural projects from design through construction
β Strong knowledge of construction documentation and building systems
β Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
β Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
β Proficiency with:
- Revit
- Microsoft Office
- Bluebeam
- Procore
- Smartsheet
Preferred Qualifications
β Architectural License (Highly Preferred but not required)
β NCARB Certification is a plus
β Commercial, banking, or financial institution project experience is highly desirable
β Proven history of long-term employment and career stability (strong job tenure is important)
