Personal Injury Paralegal

Location: Charlotte, NC 28277 (onsite)

Pay Rate: $45,000 to $60,000 per year plus benefits

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and provide timely, clear updates on case progress
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other damage documentation and prepare summaries for attorney review
• Prepare settlement demand packages, settlement calculations, and draft agreements for attorney approval
• Manage case workflow and deadlines, schedule appointments, handle routine correspondence, and maintain accurate case files
  
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of paralegal experience handling personal injury matters
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning case management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organization and attention to detail
• Collaborative team player who remains calm under pressure and thrives in a fast paced environment
