Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary client contact and provide timely, clear updates on case progress
- Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other damage documentation and prepare summaries for attorney review
- Prepare settlement demand packages, settlement calculations, and draft agreements for attorney approval
- Manage case workflow and deadlines, schedule appointments, handle routine correspondence, and maintain accurate case files
- At least 2 years of paralegal experience handling personal injury matters
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning case management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organization and attention to detail
- Collaborative team player who remains calm under pressure and thrives in a fast paced environment
