What You'll Do

• Prospect, network, and develop new business opportunities throughout your assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing, industrial, municipal, maritime, and commercial customers
• Conduct on-site visits to understand customer operations and identify needs
• Recommend equipment, repair services, and technical solutions based on customer challenges
• Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business
• Create and deliver quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications
• Build relationships with plant managers, maintenance managers, engineers, operations leaders, and purchasing teams
• Complete approximately 15-20 qualified prospecting calls per day
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in CRM and sales systems
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of successful outside B2B sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
• Strong prospecting and business development skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort discussing technical products or services
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
• Highly coachable with a desire to learn
• Strong time management and territory planning skills
• Stable employment history demonstrating reliability and longevity
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

What Success Looks Like

This role is approximately:

• 75% customer-facing field sales
• 25% administrative and territory management activities

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
• On-Target Earnings: $100,000 - $160,000
• Uncapped commission plan
