What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at AppleOne Employment Services?
- Perform data entry into internal databases and systems
- Scan, upload, and organize digital documents using our electronic document management system (OnBase)
- Serve as the primary backup for front desk coverage during breaks and absences
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as labeling, purging, and filing documents
- Answer phones and provide professional customer service as needed
- Strong computer proficiency, including Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with or ability to learn proprietary software systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Prior reception or office support experience preferred
