MEDICAL OFFICE SPECIALIST

• 1 year medical office/hospital/billing experience.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel), 45 WPM typing.
• Insurance & medical terminology knowledge.
• Multi-tasking, accuracy, and HIPAA compliance.
• Valid Driver’s License; able to travel to outpatient sites.
• Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin.
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting medical billing, insurance verification, and payment processing.
• Assisting patients and providers with account questions and scheduling needs.
• Entering and updating patient data accurately across multiple systems.
• Maintaining HIPAA compliance and protecting confidential health information.
