Key Responsibilities
- Leave of Absence Administration: Manage all leave programs, including FMLA, CFRA, ADA, and military leave, ensuring compliance and providing compassionate guidance to employees.
- Benefits Administration: Coordinate employer-sponsored benefit programs and manage the annual open enrollment process.
- Health, Safety, and Workers’ Compensation: Lead Workers’ Compensation claims administration and maintain health and safety plans.
- Employee Relations and General HR Support: Serve as a resource for employees, support employee relations, and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in California leave programs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and applicant tracking systems.
- Compensation Range: $74,400–$85,000
