- Directs Overall restaurant management
- Directs staff in food safety, food preparation and cleanliness standards
- Responsible for inventory and money control systems
- Creates and posts staff work schedules
- Motivate and correct staff performance
- Communicates changes in food preparations standards to staff as needed
- Must be able to work in all areas of the restaurant and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday
- Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
