Looking for a dependable worker to assist with residential property cleanouts, painting, and general maintenance tasks. Duties may include: Cleaning out houses, garages, and sheds Removing trash, debris, and unwanted items Interior painting and basic prep work (patching holes, sanding, masking) Light demolition and cleanup Basic landscaping and yard cleanup Loading and unloading materials General labor and property improvement tasks Assisting with minor repairs and maintenance Requirements: Reliable transportation Able to lift 50 pounds Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Dependable and able to work independently Prior construction, maintenance, painting, or labor experience is a plus but not required This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and doesn't mind doing a variety of tasks from day to day. Paid at end of day
