Key Responsibilities
Golf Shop Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
- Assist with golfer check-in and daily golf shop service needs
- Answer phone calls and help with golf-related questions and tee time inquiries
- Process golf shop sales and maintain accurate transactions
- Assist with merchandise organization, folding apparel, restocking displays, and maintaining shop presentation
- Help keep the golf shop clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Support the professional staff with daily golf shop tasks and member service
- Assist with tournament and event preparation as needed within the golf shop
- Maintain a polished and professional atmosphere throughout the shop
Qualifications – What We’re Looking For
- Availability for weekday afternoons and weekends is required
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and communication
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to stay organized and efficient during busy periods
