Description
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join Applebury Behavior Associates. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans designed by Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA).
Key Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a LABA, other Licensed Professionals, and/or Doctoral level staff.
- Collect data on observable client behavior.
- Implement treatment goals and objectives.
- Provide direct services alongside a team.
- Collaborate with clinicians to provide effective client services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data and records.
- Regularly maintain client confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in ABA and working with children.
- Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Familiarity with behavioral health practices.
- Experience in data collection.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Salary : $24 - $25
