We have a fantasticopportunity for an HR professional supporting our restaurant teams throughoutCentral NY to CT. This home office-based position is highly field-focused,requiring approximately 80% travel and a strong presence in our restaurants. WHAT'S THE JOB? As our HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST you'llbe a Brand Ambassador and assistManagersand team members withcreating and maintaining a positive culture in the restaurant.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: You'll be engaged in all aspects of HumanResources at T.L. Cannon - from establishing relationships with both hourlyassociates andmanagementteams, to planning, implementing andexecuting policies, procedures, programs and practices.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO:Work closely and buildtrusting relationships withmanagementteams, ensure legal compliancevia audits, adherence to policies, etc. You will conductinvestigationswhile keeping all information confidential.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of HR experience (restaurant or retail preferred).
• Strong employee relations experience mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Knowledge of compliance and local and federal employee laws and regulations.
• Ability to travel frequently throughout the region (approximately 27 locations).
• Excellent computer skills (with knowledge of HR platforms preferred), interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on adaptability and confidentiality, organizational skills and time management.
