What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a Bartender at Applebee’s, you will be responsible for mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Applebee’s specifications. In addition to preparing drinks, you may also serve food and beverages directly to guests, ensuring each interaction reflects the Applebee’s Service Promise. This includes making friendly, personal connections with every guest, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment, setting the pace with attentive service, delivering orders accurately and promptly, and proactively addressing and resolving any issues to ensure the guest experience is right every time.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience with Bartending in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
