ML Engineering Program Manager, Apple Ads

Our platforms are highly performant, deployed at scale, and set new standards for enabling effective advertising while protecting user privacy. The Apple Ads EPM team is looking for an ML-focused EPM to drive initiatives that focus on building and scaling machine learning platforms. You will work closely with engineers and product managers to drive roadmaps, navigate dependencies, mitigate risks, and meet ambitious timelines. Your role is highly cross-functional and will bridge bringing teams together to launch exciting products.. You will be part of an engineering organization that is highly tuned towards delivering strategic outcomes for the business. You will lead project planning, prioritization, and execution of machine learning initiatives that are central to business growth. Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of leading projects related to AI/ML systems. Experiences with low latency architectures, cloud platforms, and/or data-driven solutions is preferred. 3 years leading engineering roadmaps, planning, and execution across multiple engineering teams. Demonstrated experience delivering platforms in cloud or hybrid environments with a focus on scale, performance, and reliability. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and communicate with engineering, product, and leadership partners. Preferred Qualifications: Deep understanding of AI/ML workflows and algorithmic improvements. Experiences managing projects involving distributed systems, large-scale cloud architectures, and performance marketing platforms. Experiences managing software projects focused on building and scaling platforms.
