iCloud is Apple's largest 1st party service with significant untapped potential across international markets. The International Strategy & Growth team operates as the commercial engine for iCloud , providing the strategic framework and operational rigor required to drive subscriber and revenue growth across 170 markets.
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven individual, with a true passion for subscription services and international markets. You need to have demonstrable experience in strategy, analytics, or business operations, with the ability to structure complex problems, build investment cases, and drive cross-functional initiatives that maximize ROI.
You will work closely with international partners who are responsible for day-to-day management of iCloud in their markets. You will also collaborate with Global and International cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Development, and Engineering to develop innovative growth strategies adapted to the needs and opportunities in each region.
The role requires a highly motivated, collaborative, and analytically rigorous individual with exceptional soft skills. You must be adept at building relationships, leading meetings with confidence, influencing stakeholders, and driving concrete business outcomes. You should be able to read a room, understand different cultural nuances, and adapt your communication style accordingly. Someone who is creative yet analytical, an innovative problem solver who is naturally curious.
This role is critical to iCloud's continued international expansion and subscriber growth, playing a key role in shaping how Apple delivers Services value to customers globally.
Minimum Qualifications:
7 years experience in strategy, corporate development, management consulting, or business operations within technology, consumer products, or subscription businesses.
Deep expertise in subscription business economics: cohort analysis, unit economics, churn dynamics.
Strong financial modeling and business case development skills.
Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, conduct rigorous analysis, and synthesize recommendations that drive executive decisions.
Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders; ability to influence without authority.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to lead meetings effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters in Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
Management consulting experience.
Experience in digital subscriptions and transactional businesses.
Experience working across multiple markets with an appreciation for working with different cultures.
