Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in interviewing residents and their families to obtain required information and ensure all required documentation, including signatures, are obtained.
- Work with departmental peers to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
- Coordinate and prepare all required paperwork, ensuring that it is always up to date with the latest guidance and regulations.
- Make recommendations to the Admissions Director to help develop internal processes to provide incoming residents with a seamless transition.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be willing to work weekends
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.
- 1 year of administrative experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to work well in both a team-based environment and an independent manner.
- Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish this job.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking skills required.
- Must be capable of performing the essential job functions of this job
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
