Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in interviewing residents and their families to obtain required information and ensure all required documentation, including signatures, are obtained.
  • Work with departmental peers to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
  • Coordinate and prepare all required paperwork, ensuring that it is always up to date with the latest guidance and regulations.
  • Make recommendations to the Admissions Director to help develop internal processes to provide incoming residents with a seamless transition.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Must be willing to work weekends

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.
  • 1 year of administrative experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work well in both a team-based environment and an independent manner.
  • Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish this job.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking skills required.
  • Must be capable of performing the essential job functions of this job

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
