Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and sales processing
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, serving areas, and dining spaces
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining settings
- Alcohol Serving License (Must obtain within 2 weeks of start date)
- Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine hospitality mindset
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with wine knowledge, cocktail mixing, spirits handling, and upselling techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Pay
As a server you make $4.25 with tips. They are not share but it is encouraged to tip out support staff (Busser/Runners).
