Responsibilities
- Establish rapport and build relationship with customers. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be the vehicle expert. Understand the details of product offerings, optional packages and latest technology.
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day.
Qualifications
- At least one year of proven auto sales experience.
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, motor vehicle record, and drug screen.
Salary : $35,000 - $200,000
