Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries or concerns in person, e-mail, or telephone in a professional, customer- focused manner.
- Maintain a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset customers.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Contribute to and encourage others to demonstrate a team focused, values based, service culture throughout the company.
- Contribute to effective operations by providing support where and when as needed on sale/customer promotion dates.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent follow-through and communication skills.
- Prefer 1 or more years of experience in an auto dealership. We will train the right candidate.
- Tekion experience a plus.
- Previous experience working in a busy office environment preferred.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
