Job Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety standards and wear all required safety equipment;
- Operate assigned machinery according to established procedures and guidelines;
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and detect any deviations or malfunctions;
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and address any potential issues or safety hazards;
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment;
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders;
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, production output, and any maintenance or repairs performed;
- Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions to production;
- Adhere to food safety and quality standards, including proper handling of ingredients and finished products, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains to enhance overall productivity and profitability;

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the food industry;
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team;
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus;
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks;
- Work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to various temperatures and noise levels;
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently throughout a day;
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and bend for extended periods of time;
- Regular and predictable attendance.
