Pay: We offer our Individual Summer Camp Aide a competitive wage of $18.50–$25.00 per hour, with overtime opportunities available.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN INDIVIDUAL SUMMER CAMP AIDE
- 3 credit college course in Early Education or a related field
- Experience working with high needs students
Experience working with children ages 5-12 is preferred.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR INDIVIDUAL SUMMER CAMP AIDE
This is a fulltime, seasonal position with shifts varying within business hours of 7:30 am–6:00 pm.
As our Individual Summer Camp Aide, you'll support a high-needs student in their safety, engagement, and emotional well-being during camp activities. You'll collaborate with the teacher to adapt the curriculum, accompany your student on field trips, and foster success through patience and connection. Regular communication with families about progress and needs will be essential as you provide a steady, trusted presence for your student.
