Role Overview
As a BCaBA at Apple Tree Autism, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You’ll support children and families by conducting assessments, creating and overseeing treatment plans, and mentoring team members to ensure high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct skill assessments and assist in developing individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide direct ABA therapy and monitor client progress
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide treatment decisions
- Train and support behavior technicians and RBTs in implementing treatment plans
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistency of strategies across home and clinical settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with ethical and clinical standards
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Current certification as a BCaBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Active or eligible Minnesota state license (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services to children with autism
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care
