Responsibilities and Duties
As an automotive service advisor you will:
- Greet customers, perform accurate vehicle walkarounds and listen to descriptions of vehicle concerns and effectively describe concerns on repair orders for Technicians.
- Verify service schedules and maintenance records to properly recommend vehicle maintenance needs.
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage and review with customer.
- Create accurate estimates after technician inspections and present to customer for approval.
- Maintain constant communication with customers during the vehicle repair process.
